Q: Returns

All stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a minimum $35.00 which ever is greater. ALL Electrical items and Special Order items are non-returnable. All returns must be approved by GotPlowParts.com. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at customer's expense. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Q: In-Store Pick-up

Unfortunately there are no in-store pick ups on items sold on-line. Some of the items you see are shipped from multiple warehouses. All the pricing you see are only available on-line.
