Q: How Do I Start A Return?

If you wish to return an item, you must email Returns@gotplowparts.com to receive your RMA Number. We will not accept any returns without a RMA number.

Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped based on the customers choice at checkout. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We (do not) ship outside of the USA.

We (do not) ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

If an item needs to be returned the shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.

All stock items are subject to a 20% restocking fee or a minimum $35.00 which ever is greater. ALL Electrical items and Special Order items are non-returnable. All returns must be approved by GotPlowParts.com. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at customer's expense. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
